  2. The 'vroom' site is the school section of the national archives and it will help you find lots of Primary sources, or first hand accounts . Good research should include primary sources.   Vroom, National Archives school section: http://vrroom.naa.gov.au/records/?ID=18981

The AEC  site is the Australian Electoral Commission, they are the government agency that oversees voting and Elections in Australia:

Hello

Greetings Class Members

Welcome to our class blog.

What's a blog??  I like to think of it as a place to have a conversation. We will use it as a place to talk about  our learning.

Only the class members will be able to access our Blog or ' conversation', so it is a safe and happy space for us all.

Please use it often to talk about anything interesting you have discovered or found during our unit on Voting, Elections and Democracy in Australia,

There will be lots of opportunities for you to access the blog during class research time.

I will be putting up lots of information for you, so please keep checking the blog everyday, and feel free to add any information regarding your learning.

I will be checking in everyday, so if you have any questions about the assignment or your project etc, please feel free to ask.

Have fun exploring!!

Ms Cat
